We have also just returned from the Ankara International Film Festival and the Lille European Short Film Festival where we were invited to present Medium Rare. Both festivals were lots of fun and Medium Rare had a great reception.
Upcoming film festivals where Medium Rare will be shown in April are:
Britspotting – a festival showcasing outstanding British film productions. It starts in Berlin and then tours across Germany
Bucharest International Film Festival, Romania
Rochester International Film Festival, New York, USA, the longest running short film festival in the world

Raindance
Medium Rare had its London Premiere on Friday, 5 October 2007 as part of the 15th Raindance Film Festival. Both our leads, Sara Stewart and Steve Furst (and their agents), attended the screening and our casting agent Dan Hubbard joined us for the post-screening party.
The screening at Cineworld Shaftesbury Avenue was quickly sold out and we were moved to a bigger cinema. Maybe that wasn’t such a good thing, because the projection in the cinema we were moved to was terrible. Big disappointment! Nobody at Raindance took much notice of the complaints from the various film makers.
Thanks to everybody for making the effort to come down to Soho. Next Festival is the 30th Starz Denver Film Festival in November.
